How do I sign up so I can order on Nectarous?

Anyone in the United States an order from us. Just sign up at the top of the homepage here and you can place orders every week when the drop is announced.
How do I purchase a coffee that you drop?

You simply respond to the SMS by typing the number of bags you want. The first time you do, you will be prompted to add your payment info and your shipping address.

When will I get my order?

We work with our roasting partners to quickly ship your order as soon as possible which is typically within a week of the day you placed the order. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Is the coffee whole bean or pre-ground?

We offer whole bean coffee to ensure you experience the freshest, fullest flavor in every cup. Grinding just before brewing preserves the coffee’s delicate aromas and nuanced taste, giving you the highest quality experience possible.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always $5 per order. Whether you order 5 bags or 1 bag, you always get this super low rate.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Nectarous is not a subscription. You simply receive special offers on the coffees from amazing roasters. If you want to stop receiving the SMS messages, simply send back ‘STOP’.
