Manometer
The manometer checks coffee delivery pressure: the green area, between 8 and 12 bar, indicates the optimal value and allows you to understand if the phases prior the brewing have been correctly executed.
Multidirectional wand
The multidirectional wand with anti-burn handle delivers hot water and steam, for a foam like the bar. Both water and steam functions can be activated by the front lever switches and adjusted by the side knob
